Regular Season Week 17

Happy New Year’s Eve and happy last day of the regular season! You may have noticed that again, there wasn’t any football on Thursday night nor will there be football Sunday night or Monday night. All the games this week will be played at either 1pm or 4:25pm this afternoon.  This week will also be the first week I can actually just enjoy the game without fantasy football implications. You may be wondering; did she win her last game? Was she crowned fantasy football champion of 2017? The answer, YOU BET I DID!!!!  I’m not going to lie, it was a roller-coaster of a season. My hospital stay started a downward spiral of three straight losses but I clawed my way back, was the lowest seed to even get into the playoffs, and went on to win the Championship. I’d like to thank the rest of the league for the good times, especially my cousin J, who was the commissioner. I’ve never been in a league with a pay-in so it was more stressful but a lot nicer to win. Not only did I finish strong in my fantasy football leagues, I also went 13-3 on my picks last week.

 Let’s recap week sixteen

Colts @ Ravens 16-23
The Ravens won and more importantly Justin Tucker, Baltimore’s kicker put up some points for me as well.

Vikings @ Packers 16-0
Without A-aron the Packers laid a goose egg.

Bills @ Patriots 16-37
This game was close, until the third quarter. Also, that was totally a Bills touchdown catch, and the catch rules are garbage.

Buccaneers @ Panthers 19-22
Cam was my starting QB and with his performance in this game I thought I was sure to lose. I almost lost it when he dropped the snap but then picked it up and ran in for a touchdown at the end of the game. On the other side of the ball, I was hoping Mike Evans, as one of my WRs, would have caught at least one TD, but he did have over 100 yards so that wasn’t too bad.

Browns @ Bears 3-20
If the Browns were ever going to win a game this season, this was the one it would have been, but it wasn’t.

Lions @ Bengals 17-26
So, the Lions just had to win this game to have a shot at the playoffs…. Yeah, of course they screwed it up. I should’ve known not to pick them for the win.

Rams @ Titans 27-23
The Titans put up a fight but it wasn’t enough to stop Todd Gurley and the Rams. PS, Gurley was the reason I sat the Titans’ defense.

Dolphins @ Chiefs 13-29
Chiefs WR Hill was also one of my wide receivers and even though he didn’t have any touchdowns he also had over 100 yards, which helped me, and the Chiefs, win the game.

Falcons @ Saints 13-23
I knew the Saints would beat the Falcons, but I didn’t think their defense would play as well as they did. I was almost kicking myself for benching the Saints’ defense, but then they allowed the Falcons to score so I felt better. I was particularly happy with Mark Ingram for scoring a touchdown, as he was one of my starting RBs.

Chargers @ Jets 14-7
At least this wasn’t a shocking win for anyone.

Broncos @ Redskins 11-27
Picture this, it was my championship game week and I didn’t like the 3 defenses on my fantasy team. So, I picked up the Redskins…. AND THEY DOMINATED THE BRONCOS! They had the highest score out of any of my defenses; I guess it was a good pick up. Thanks Washington!

Jaguars @ 49ers 33-44
The Jags had one of the best defenses coming into this game and my opponent had Garoppolo as their QB so I thought this would be a cakewalk for me. Nope. Garoppolo and the 49ers walked all over the Jags defense and my fantasy championship was slipping …

Seahawks @ Cowboys 21-12
This game was SHOCKING! Both teams needed to win this game in order to have any hopes of a playoff run. I was sure the Seahawks were finished from their performance last week, and the Cowboys were on the up and up getting Zeek back. Boy was I wrong. Bye bye Cowboys.

NY Giants @ Cardinals 0-23
As a Giants fan, this game was just depressing, even more so being that I had Sterling Shepard starting on my fantasy team. He only had 5 receptions for 45 yards… The Giants have truly broken my heart this season.

Steelers @ Texans 34-6
I was down 3 points heading into this game with one player remaining, Le’Veon Bell. He didn’t have a game like projected but it was enough to give me the lead. I was not happy when the Steelers sat their starters in the fourth quarter but at least Bell had a touchdown before they sat him.

Raiders @ Eagles 10-19
All of my players had finished playing and my opponent had one player left, Eagles kicker, Jake Elliott. If you are a Giants fan, you will remember early in the season Jake kicking a 61- yard field goal to beat the Giants as time expired. The Eagles had a very good possibility of ruining my night again late in the season. They could have run up the score by kicking a lot of field goals. So when Elliott, who is super accurate, missed a field goal, I was ecstatic. I looked around the room and screamed in disbelief, “Did you see that? He missed!” I had won my first paid fantasy league.

WEEK 17

Sunday, December 31st

Redskins (7-8) @ Giants (2-13) [1pm FOX]
This will be the Redskins and the Giants last game of the season, thank God. I’m just hoping that this isn’t Eli’s last game as a Giant. I don’t expect the Giants to win, and I’m not going to pick them to win, but I will root for them, cheer for them, and scream at them until the end of the game. GO GMEN!!!!!!! Next year will be better, I mean, it can’t get worse than this year. NY has hired a new GM, Dave Gettleman, and he is already starting to clean house. He has also hinted that Manning and OBJ will return for 2018. PS, I am so glad this is the last game of the season; it’ll be nice to not have to see the Giants lose again until next season…

Packers (7-8) @ Lions (8-7) [1pm FOX]
This will also be the Packers and the Lions last game of the season. Every time I pick the Lions to win, they lose, so I’m going to pick the Packers to lose. See what I did there?

Texans (4-11) @ Colts (3-12) [1pm CBS]
There are obviously no playoff implications in this game, just playing for pride. I’m picking the Colts to win.

Bears (5-10) @ Vikings (12-3) [1pm FOX]
The Vikings can clinch a first round bye with a win OR a Panthers loss OR a Saints win OR a Rams win. The Bears will be playing their last game of the season. I’m still picking the Vikings to win.

Jets (5-10) @ Patriots (12-3) [1pm CBS]
The Pats can clinch home field advantage with a win OR a Steelers loss. I’m picking the Pats to win.

Cowboys (8-7) @ Eagles (13-2)  [1pm FOX]
The Eagles will probably rest a lot of their players being that they already clinched home field advantage last week. That being said, I’m still picking the Eagles to win this game.

Browns (0-15) @ Steelers (12-3) [1pm CBS]
The Steelers can clinch home field advantage with a win and a Pats loss. Big Ben, and Bell will not be playing this game. I’m so glad that my fantasy championship was last week! I’m going to pick the Steelers to win but no home field advantage for them.

Chiefs (9-6) @ Broncos (5-10) [4:25pm CBS]
The Chiefs have already made it into the playoffs and will rest most of their starters including Alex Smith, their starting QB. You’ll get to see Patrick Mahomes under center and quite possibly a Broncos win, though I’m picking the Chiefs to win.

Jaguars (10-5) @ Titans (8-7) [4:25pm CBS]
The Titans can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR Bills loss and Chargers loss. All that being said, I’m picking the Jags to win.

49ers (5-10) @ Rams (11-4) [4:25pm FOX]
The Rams have already made the playoffs so this game means little to them. They will probably rest their starters so I’m going to pick the 49ers to win this game.

Raiders (6-9) @ Chargers (8-7) [4:25pm CBS]
The Chargers can clinch a playoff berth with a win plus a Titans loss plus a Ravens win OR Bills loss.  I’m picking the Chargers to win. In other news the Raiders are reaching out to Jon Gruden for a potential coaching position… I’d rather see Gruden go to the Giants if he does get back into coaching.

Cardinals (7-8) @ Seahawks (9-6) [4:25pm FOX]
The Seahawks can clinch a playoff berth with a win and a Falcons loss. I’m picking the Seahawks to win.  Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians will probably step down from coaching after this game.

Panthers (11-4) @ Falcons (9-6) [4:25pm FOX]
The Falcons can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR Seattle loss. The Panthers can clinch the NFC South with a win and a Saints loss. I’m picking the Panthers to win.

Bills (8-7) @ Dolphins (6-9) [4:25pm CBS]
The Bills can clinch a playoff berth with a win plus a Baltimore loss OR a win plus a Chargers loss plus a Titans loss… So you’re telling me there’s a chance. What the heck, I’m going to pick the Bills to win.

Saints (11-4) @ Buccaneers (4-11) [4:25pm FOX]
The Saints can clinch the NFC South with a win OR a Panthers loss. I’m picking the Saints to win.

Bengals (6-9) @ Ravens (9-6) [4:25pm CBS]
The Ravens can clinch a playoff berth with a win OR a Bills loss OR a Titans loss. I’m picking the Ravens to win.

Regular Season Week 16

Happy Festivus , merry almost Christmas, and Happy Holidays to all. We are nearing the end of the regular season with just 2 weeks left. It makes me a little sad that the season is almost over but also a little relieved being a Giants fan. You may have noticed that there was no Thursday Night Football therefore I didn’t feel the need to post #theshenoareport until now. There are games today (Saturday), Sunday, and two games on Monday (Christmas)! I have made it to the Championship game in one of my fantasy leagues and am hoping for a Christmas Miracle win.
I went 12-4 on my picks, won in one league and lost in the other fantasy league. My records are 10-5 and 5-10.

 Let’s recap week fifteen

Broncos @ Colts 25-13
Just when you think that you’ve figured out the Broncos for being a terrible, terrible team they go and win at Lucas Oil, another anomaly.

Bears @ Lions 10-20
As predicted, the Lions held off da Bears.

Chargers @ Chiefs 13-30
The Chiefs are beginning to be like the Lions in that if I pick them to win they lose and if I pick them to lose they win. Either way I’m just happy that Hill scored a touchdown.

Packers @ Panthers 24-31
I like Cam in December, he’s actually playing like the MVP he was a couple of years ago. Now if he can continue the streak for one more week that would do me a solid. On a separate note, Aaron Rodgers’ return was quite eventful, just not the way the Packers would have hoped. He threw three interceptions and one pass to Jordy Nelson. I thought they were BFFs… I guess not.

Dolphins @ Bills 16-24
I’d like to think that it was the cold that helped out the Bills, or Jay Cutler actually playing like himself again.

Eagles @ NY Giants 34-29
I blame this loss on my father. The Giants had 3 consecutive touchdown drives before my parents got to our house and as soon as my dad sat down to watch the game Eli threw an interception… It was down hill after that. At least it was a close loss? I’m at a loss for words. I’m glad this season is almost over.

Ravens @ Browns 27-10
The Ravens beat the Browns, I know you are shocked by this.

Bengals @ Vikings 7-34
The Vikings annihilated the Bengals. I’m just glad I didn’t start the Ginger in fantasy. He had -7 points in my league this week.

Jets @ Saints 19-31
I thought the Saints were supposed to have a good defense. The score against the Jets proves otherwise. I’m just glad Ingram had 2 touchdowns, that really helped me in fantasy, the Saints defense, not so much.

Cardinals @ Redskins 15-20
Apparently this wasn’t a pretty game to watch, unless you like a lot of turnovers, then this was your game. The Redskins somehow pulled off the win.

Texans @ Jaguars 7-45
The Jags are like the bully of the NFL because they just like to beat up their opponents.

Rams @ Seahawks 42-7
I knew the Rams would win, and boy did they. I thought for sure I was going to lose in my fantasy league and be knocked out of the playoffs because my opponent had Todd Gurley, who had FOUR touchdowns. There was sulking again for me.

Patriots @ Steelers 27-24
The big thing about this game is the question of what is a catch? At the end of the game the Steelers had a touchdown called back because upon review “New York” said it wasn’t a catch. If you listen carefully, you can still hear Steeler fans around the world flipping out and crying over this loss to the Patriots. But, I bet they won’t mention that after the touchdown was called back they blew a couple of chances to get it back into the end zone before Big Ben threw an interception to end the game. (Had he just handed it off to Bell in the first place none of this would even be a conversation and I would have gotten more points out of Bell in my fantasy league. Just saying.)

Titans @ 49ers 23-25
Holy 49ers! It looks like San Francisco has found their QB of the future.

Cowboys @ Raiders 20-17
I couldn’t say up for this game but I hear it was a good one. One of the refs had to pull out an index card to measure a fourth down conversion to continue Dallas’ drive late in the game. Crazy. Dallas’ playoffs hopes are still alive, at least for one more week.

Falcons @ Buccaneers 24-21
Much like last week, my fantasy playoff hopes came down to an unlikely match up in the Monday night football. This week I had a 4 point lead heading into the game with Tampa Bay’s WR Evens, my opponent had Atlanta’s WR’s Jones and Sanu. I was projected to lose. Mike Evens has underperformed for WEEKS and Jones and Sanu were averaging 2 touchdowns per game. It didn’t look good at all.

WEEK 16

Saturday, December 23rd

Colts (3-11) @ Ravens (8-6) [4:30pm NFL]
I’m picking the Ravens, with hopes of a lot of field goals.

Vikings (11-3) @ Packers (7-7) [8:30pm NBC]
I’m picking the Vikings. Aaron Rodgers was placed on IR last week the day after he threw 3 interceptions in his very short return to the field.

Sunday, December 24th

Bills (8-6) @ Patriots (11-3) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Pats

Buccaneers (4-10) @ Panthers (10-4) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Panthers

Browns (0-14) @ Bears (4-10) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking DA BEARS

Lions (8-6) @ Bengals (5-9)  [1pm FOX]
With the Lions still technically “alive” in the hunt for the playoffs I’m going to have to pick them for the win.

Rams (10-4) @ Titans (8-6) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Rams for the win and am sitting the Titans defense.

Dolphins (6-8) @ Chiefs (8-6) [1pm CBS]
The Dolphins have to win this game to keep their playoff hopes alive. That said I’m still picking the Chiefs for the win.

Falcons (9-5) @ Saints (10-4) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Saints, even though they lost to the Falcons earlier in the season I hope they have learned from their mistakes.

Chargers (7-7) @ Jets (5-9) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Chargers for the win.

Broncos (5-9) @ Redskins (6-8) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Redskins for the win and hoping their defense puts up some points.

Jaguars (10-4) @ 49ers (4-10) [4:05pm CBS]
I’m picking the Jags for the win and am hoping they pick off Garoppolo often.

Seahawks (8-6) @ Cowboys (8-6) [4:25pm FOX]
I’m picking the Cowboys for the win. Zeek is back and will probably run all over the Seahawks.

NY Giants (2-12) @ Cardinals (6-8) [4:25pm FOX]
As much as I want to see the Giants win I’m going to pick the Cards in this game, though Christmas Miracles do happen. Obviously there are no playoff implications for either team; they are just playing for pride.

Monday, December 25th

Steelers (11-3) @ Texans (4-10) [4:30pm NBC]
I’m picking the Steelers for the win.

Raiders (6-8) @ Eagles (12-2) [8:30pm ESPN]
I’m picking the Eagles for the win.

The Shenoa Report Regular Season Week 15 '17 #theshenoareport

The Shenoa Report
December 14, 2017
Regular Season Week 15

It’s my birthday week and I am celebrating a lot of things. I returned to work this Monday and I am celebrating that I am off disability.  I got a win in one of my fantasy leagues and have made it to the championship semifinal. I hope to be celebrating again on Monday night with another win. Hopefully I can celebrate a Giants win in my new Michael Strahan jersey thanks to the amazing man by my side. I wish I could have celebrated a Giants win last week too but it was nice to see Eli back on the field.
I went 6-10 on my picks OUCH, won in one league and lost in the other fantasy league. My records are 9-5 and 5-9.

Before I recap week fourteen let’s remember that any given day any given team can win, or lose. Week fourteen was one of those weeks in which the team you thought would win lost and the team you thought couldn’t win, did… Except for the Giants…

Saints @ Falcons 17-20
So, I picked the Saints to win this game, and they very well could have won if they hadn’t lost RB Kamara in the first quarter do to a concussion. This was a big blow for the Saints and any fantasy football guy who had Kamara in their starting line up… like my opponent. But, this did help me doubly, especially because I started the Saints other RB Ingram.  In the end it was the Saints defense that couldn’t stop the Falcons winning the game.

Colts @ Bills 7-13 OT
This was a heck of a game to watch!!! Can we say SNOW BOWL!  The entire game looked like it was taking place in a snow globe and all the players were playing in slow motion. Over a foot of snow fell during this game, it was amazing to watch. Fans love watching these games, but I don’t think players like playing these games, particularly when they go into overtime, like this game did. The Bills won it with a McCoy touchdown in OT.

Cowboys @ NY Giants 30-10
I held back tears when the stadium erupted in a cheers and a standing ovation when Eli took the field. It was good to see him back under center and for three and a half quarters it looked like the Giants might actually pull off a win. They didn’t, and I changed the channel to the Bills game when it all started to fall apart in the fourth.

Vikings @ Panthers 24-31
The Panthers surprised me. I really thought the Vikings were going to tie the game and bring it to overtime. Instead, Jonathan Stewart was the beast of the game and the Panthers actually won.

Raiders @ Chiefs 15-26
I knew as soon as I stopped picking the Chiefs they would win a game. Oh well. Just another game I got wrong this week.

Bears @ Bengals 33-7
This may give you a laugh, but I started Andy Dalton over Cam Newton in fantasy thinking Cam was playing the unstoppable Vikings and Dalton was playing the terrible Bears at home! The Ginger did NOT have a good game and I thought my fantasy playoff run was over for sure. I pouted and sulked and swore a lot.  I should’ve started Cam… Oh well, just another pick I got wrong.

Packers @ Browns 27-21 OT
The Browns lead for most of the game but let the Packers come back and take the game in overtime. Sorry Brownies. This win seems to ensure an Aaron Rodgers return.

Lions @ Buccaneers 24-21
An injured throwing hand didn’t seem to affect Stafford as he threw for close to 400 yards in the win over the Bucs.

49ers @ Texans 26-16
The 49ers now have a better record than the Giants and that hurts my heart a little bit. Garoppolo seems to have saved San Francisco; I’m just wondering what happened to the Texans defense.

Jets @ Broncos 0-23
ARE YOU KIDDING ME? (Said in my Dick Vitale voice) I can’t believe the Jets laid an egg. Even the Giants beat the Broncos 23-10… I’m disappointed and got ANOTHER pick wrong.

Titans @ Cardinals 7-12
The Titans shouldn’t have lost this game! The Cardinals kicker was the only guy that scored points with 4 field goals. Crazy.

Redskins @ Chargers 13-30
Finally, a pick I got correct. The Chargers are doing quite well for starting the season 0-4.  Oh yeah, the Redskins have been mathematically eliminated form the playoffs this season.

Eagles @ Rams 43-35
I really thought the Rams were going to win this game, and they didn’t. Carson Wentz threw 4 touchdowns but won’t be throwing any more this season. He tore his ACL in this game and is done for the year.

Seahawks @ Jaguars 24-30
The Jags have been flying under the radar all season and you know what, their defense if for real. Yeah, they fooled me too. I got this pick wrong as well.

Ravens @ Steelers 38-39
This is the 5th, fifth, FIFTH game that the Steelers have come from behind and won with a field goal in the final seconds. Ridiculous!

Monday, December 11th

Patriots @ Dolphins 20-27
Coming into this game all of my fantasy football post-season hopes had been dashed. I had like a 7% chance of beating my opponent who had Tom Brady as his starting QB. “So, you’re telling me there’s a chance”…  In order for me to have any chance at a win, Tom Brady would have to have one of the worst games in his career. The guy who completes the majority of his passes and hardly ever throws interceptions would have to play like Jay Cutler. Let’s just say I didn’t have high hopes as the Pats were playing Jay Cutler’s Miami Dolphins… I almost didn’t even want to watch the game. The Patriots took the field after the Dolphins scored a field goal and then, Tom Terrific threw an incomplete pass and then an INTERCEPTION! A deep sounding “YEEAAAHHHHHH!!!!” escaped from my mouth and I decided I had to watch the rest of the game. The Dolphins won and Brady had one of the worst games of his career and I am headed to the next round of the play offs.  Another pick I got wrong, but somehow I stopped caring.

WEEK 15

Thursday, December 14th

Broncos (4-9) @ Colts (3-10) [8:25pm NBC]
The Broncos always have a hard time at Lucas Oil so I’m going to pick the Colts for the win.

Saturday, December 16th

Bears (4-9) @ Lions (7-6) [4:30pm NFL]
I’m picking the Lions, as they haven’t been eliminated from hopes of the playoffs.

Chargers (7-6) @ Chiefs (7-6) [8:25pm NFL]
I’m picking the Chargers for the win but I am hoping that Hill has a few touchdowns.

Sunday, December 17th

Packers (7-6) @ Panthers (9-4) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Panthers to win, but the Packers still have a chance to get into the playoffs and Aaron Rodgers is back so … this should be interesting.

Dolphins (6-7) @ Bills (7-6) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Bills to win, but only because they are home and the Dolphins should struggle in the cold.

Eagles (11-2) @ NY Giants (2-11)  [1pm FOX]
I will be sporting my Michael Strahan #92 jersey and cheering on the NY Giants but picking the Eagles to win this game.

Ravens (7-6) @ Browns (0-13) [1pm CBS]
I am picking the Ravens to win this game.

Bengals (5-8) @ Vikings (10-3) [1pm CBS]
I am going to have to go with the Vikings to bounce back and win.

Jets (5-8) @ Saints (9-4) [1pm CBS]
I am picking the Saints to win this game and hoping for another shut out. Sorry Jets; I’m playing the Saints defense.

Cardinals (6-7) @ Redskins (5-8) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Redskins to win.

Texans (4-9) @ Jaguars (9-4) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Jags to win at home.

Rams (9-4) @ Seahawks (8-5) [4:05pm FOX]
I think the Rams will win but the Seahawks need this win more and are playing at home so I guess I’ll pick the Seahawks, but I won’t be surprised if I am wrong.

Patriots (10-3) @ Steelers (11-2) [4:25pm CBS]
I’m picking the Pats to bounce back and beat the Steelers.

Titans (8-5) @ 49ers (3-10) [4:25pm CBS]
I’m picking the Titans to win.

Cowboys (7-6) @ Raiders (6-7) [8:30pm NBC]
I’ll be rooting for the Raiders but picking the Cowboys for the win, I hope I’m wrong.

Monday, December 18th

Falcons (8-5) @ Buccaneers (4-9) [8:30pm ESPN]
I’m picking the Falcons and rooting for the Bucs.

The Shenoa Report Week 14 '17 #theshenoareport

The Shenoa Report
December 7, 2017
Regular Season Week 14

This week has been a great week so far. Monday, I was delighted to see that both McAdoo and Reese were fired and that Eli was named the starting QB again. Thinking I needed surgery I went ahead and wrapped all my Christmas presents so that’s all done. And today, I saw a specialist and she feels that I do NOT need surgery at this time, and is giving me the go ahead to return to work! Now, if the Giants beat the Cowboys and I win in both of my fantasy leagues and continue further into the playoffs it would pretty much be one of the best weeks this year.
I went 13-3 on my picks, won in one league and lost in the other fantasy league. My records are 8-5 and 5-8. Somehow I am playoff bound in both leagues.….

Let’s recap week thirteen.

Redskins @ Cowboys 14-38
After the first couple of minutes I thought I had made a bad decision on picking the Cowboys for the win, but they just started out slow. It also helped that the Redskins continually shot themselves in the foot.

Patriots @ Bills 23-3
There isn’t much to say about this game. It was terrible to watch and the Bills imploded. Gronk had a nasty late hit but at least he’s suspended a game, so there’s that.

Vikings @ Falcons 14-9
The Falcons are just not the team they were last year. They continue to struggle on the road and at home.  On the other hand, the Vikings continue to dominate.

49ers @ Bears 15-14
The Bears should have won the game but 49ers kicker Robbie Gould kicked the game winning field goal in the final seconds.

Texans @ Titans 13-24
Fun fact, when the Titans win they sing “Celebrate good times come on” in their locker room after the game.  They must be singing that song a lot this season.

Buccaneers @ Packers 20-26 OT
Aaron Rodger may play again this season, especially if the Packers continue to win! They fought for that win, it took going to overtime, but they got it done.

Broncos @ Dolphins 9-35
It’s hard to believe that the Broncos were Super Bowl Champions just a few short years ago. The Jake Cutler led Dolphins annihilated Denver.

Chiefs @ Jets 31-38
I knew I should have picked the Jets to win this game. I have no idea what happened to the Chiefs, they are straight up terrible. The Jets didn’t win this game the Chiefs lost it. It was entertaining to watch KC’s Marcus Peters throw the yellow flag into the stands in frustration.

Colts @ Jaguars 10-30
Bortles and Fournette were lethal against the Colts.  Indy didn’t have a chance.

Lions @ Ravens 20-44
The Lions got stomped; Matthew Stafford literally had cleat marks on his hand.  The Ravens are on the up and up, and might I add that the Ravens kicker was one of my top scorers on my fantasy team! Yay for kickers!

Browns @ Chargers 10-19
The Chargers defense is the reason they win games and this game wasn’t any different.

Panthers @ Saints 21-31
I just knew the Panthers would blow it. I just wish that Saints RB Kamara would share more of the carries with Ingram, as he is on my fantasy team. Oh well, at least I got the pick right.

Giants @ Raiders 17-24
It was SO SAD seeing Eli on the sideline and I’m not going to lie, I cried a little during the NFL countdown when the talking heads talked about Eli and the injustice he was enduring. I was happy to see Geno Smith turn the ball over a couple of times and had hoped there would have been a higher number of turnovers at his hands.  As for McAdoo, I have nothing nice to say about him so this will be brief. Good riddance. Don’t let the door hit you on your way out. Bye Felicia.

Rams @ Cardinals 32-16
The Rams continue to win and the Cardinals continue to be mediocre. I’m ok with this.

Eagles @ Seahawks 10-24
As a Giants fan, this game was very entertaining and enjoyable to watch.  Russell Wilson was clutch and the Seahawks won.

Steelers @ Bengals 23-20
This has been the third week in a row that the Steelers have played from behind and then won it right at the end. I don’t think they are as great as everyone is saying they are.

WEEK 14

Thursday, December 7th

Saints (9-3) @ Falcons (7-5) [8:25pm NBC]
Division rivalry, I’m picking the Saints.

Sunday, December 10th

Colts (3-9) @ Bills (6-6) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Bills, they should be able to beat the Colts…

Cowboys (6-6) @ NY Giants (2-10) [1pm FOX]
With McAdoo and Reese gone Eli gets his starting position back. #10 jersey sales were up tremendously this week. There was an outpouring of love for Eli this week and I think the height of it will show at Sunday’s game. Hopefully the Giants will win this game for him. Regardless, it’ll be good to see him back under center. My heart says to pick the Giants…  I’m going to pick the Cowboys and prepare to be wrong. GO GMEN!!!!!!

The Shenoa Report Regular Season Week 13 '17 #theshenoareport

The Shenoa Report
November 30, 2017
Regular Season Week 13

As a Giants fan, I can’t even. I didn’t even want to write this report this week, but here I am. I am also still on IR having not receiving the greatest news at the doctors earlier this week. I will continue to stay positive and know that in the end everything will work out.
I went 14-2 on my picks but lost in both of my fantasy leagues. My records are 7-5 and 5-7….

Let’s recap week twelve.

Vikings @ Lions 30-23
I wasn’t much help on Thanksgiving in my weakened state so I had the excuse of lying on the couch and watching football. This game was good. Very exciting.

Chargers @ Cowboys 28-6
I thought that this game was also fun to watch, any game in which the Cowboys lose is a fun game to watch.

NY Giants @ Redskins 10-20
I didn’t expect the Giants to win, but I had hoped…. CRUSHED

Bills @ Chiefs 16-10
The Bills really surprised me - and a lot of KC fans too.

Panthers @ Jets 35-27
I thought the Panthers were going to give this game to the Jets but as it turns out the Jets gave the game to the Panthers.

Buccaneers @ Falcons 20-34
That was a no brainer. Now that Julio Jones is actually scoring the Falcons look a little bit more dangerous.

Browns @ Bengals 16-30
I should have picked the Ginger as my QB over Cam in fantasy… things would have ended better.

Titans @ Colts 20-16
This is the first time the Titans won at Lucas Oil Stadium; they’ve only had 10 tries. Good job Titans!

Dolphins @ Patriots 17-35
Big deal.

Bears @ Eagles 3-31
It was an ugly, ugly game.

Seahawks @ 49ers 24-13
At least the 49ers got that one win…

Broncos @ Raiders 14-21
Crabtree and Talib were both ejected from this game for a fight that started last year. I thought that was something girls did not boys?

Saints @ Rams 20-26
Someone talked me into starting the Saints D over the Giants D … Did I mention I lost fantasy this week. Oh well. It didn’t help that I had started Ingram and he only had 31 yards for the Saints. In other news, the Rams are good.

Jaguars @ Cardinals 24-27
The Jags BLEW this game and the Cardinals won with a 57-yard field goal in the final seconds of the game.

Packers @ Steelers 28-31
For a moment I really thought that Green Bay might upset the Steelers. Stupid field goal to win the game.

Texans @ Ravens 16-23
I slept through this game, or this game put me to sleep. I’m not really sure. Either way I wasn’t surprised to see that the Ravens had won.

WEEK 13

Broncos (3-8) @ Dolphins (4-7) [1pm FOX]
I’m picking the Dolphins

Chiefs (6-5) @ Jets (4-7) [1pm CBS]
I’m picking the Chiefs. They have got to stop this downward spiral.

Giants (2-9) @ Raiders (5-6) [4:25pm FOX]
I’m picking the Raiders and I hope Geno Smith throws 5 Interceptions. AND SHAME ON YOU JERRY REESE AND BEN MCADOO FOR QUITTING ON ELI! I HOPE YOU GET FIRED! THERE ARE 20 GIANTS ON IR AND YOU ARE BLAMING ELI FOR LOSING?!?! DID YOU KNOW THAT SINCE ELI HAS STARTED FOR THE GIANTS EVERY OTHER TEAM IN THE NFL HAS HAD 3 OR MORE STARTING QBS?!?!?! YOU ARE A DISGRACE TO THE GIANTS ORGANIZATION. Thanks for screwing up everything. We may never see Eli play for the Giants again…

Rams (8-3) @ Cardinals (5-6) [4:25pm FOX]
I’m picking the Rams

Eagles (10-1) @ Seahawks (7-4) [8:30pm NBC]
I’m picking the Eagles but hoping the Seahawks knock them off their high horse.
