Regular Season Week 14
In about 2 hours the Colts and Titans will be taking the field for Thursday Night Football. We’ll see if I can get this report finished before kick off.
Week 13 had its ups and downs. There was another head coach fired and a couple of devastating losses… but really what loss isn’t devastating. Lets recap week 13. (It wasn’t as lucky as I had hoped)
Houston @ Philadelphia 24-34
I would have picked Houston to win and I would have been wrong. Damn that Thursday Night Football and damn the Eagles… I hate Philly. (Yeah I never get sick of saying that) Houston is now 5-7 and Philadelphia is 8-4
New Orleans @ Cincinnati 34-30
The Bengals couldn’t pull off the upset but they sure did try. The Saints have now won five in a row. Cincinnati is 2-10 now and the Saints are 9-3.
Chicago @ Detroit 24-20
Look out Chicago! They stay on top of their division with this win while the Lions have lost 5 in a row. Chicago is 9-3 while Detroit is 2-10.
San Francisco @ Green Bay 16-34
Green Bay walked all over San Francisco but they are only in 2nd place in the NFC West with that win. The 49ers are 4-8 and the Packers are 8-4.
Denver @ Kansas City 6-10
McDaniels got the boot after his 17th loss in 22 games as head coach in Denver. KC stays on top of their division. Denver is 3-9 and KC is 8-4
Cleveland @ Miami 13-10
Henne threw 3 interceptions and even though both teams made many mistakes Cleveland came out on top. Cleveland is 5-7 and Miami is 6-6
Buffalo @ Minnesota 14-38
It’s AMAZING to see how well Minnesota does without Favre leading the team from the field! Favre was taken out on the first play of the game (which was an interception by the way). After Favre came off the field the Bills couldn’t stop Tarvaris Jackson and Adrian Peterson. Minnesota is 5-7 and the Bills are 2-10
Washington @ New York Giants 14-31
THIS WAS THE BEST GAME OF THE WEEKEND (in my opinion)!!!! It was so nice to watch this game with my father! And it was even greater to see the GMEN WIN a divisional game! Despite all the injuries on the Giants they are playing stellar on the field. I can’t wait until all the boys get back and then the Giants will be unstoppable! The Giants are 8-4 and the Redskins are 5-7
Jacksonville @ Tennessee 17-6
Tennessee this was probably one of the only games that I was actually rooting for you and you let me down! I will not be rooting for you this week! Jacksonville is 7-5 and Tennessee is 5-7
Oakland @ San Diego 28-13
Really San Diego? Why couldn’t you have played like crap LAST week? On the other hand, well played Oakland. Oakland is 6-6 and San Diego is 6-6.
Saint Louis @ Arizona19-6
Neither QB had a TD pass and both had an interception. Saint Louis is now 6-6 and still at the top of their division (still ridiculous) and Arizona is at 3-9 and at the bottom of the same division.
Dallas @ Indianapolis 38-35 OT
This game made me ill. It was ugly. Simply ugly. In the last 3 games Peyton has thrown 11 interceptions. He had 4 in this game alone. It was a heart breaking game to listen to and I got so excited when the Panthers game was finally over and they finally started to air the Indi game here. But as soon as they switched over Peyton threw his final interception of the game and my heart sank. It’s one thing to lose but its totally devastating to lose to the stupid Dallas Cowboys. Puke. Indi is now 6-6 (tear) and the Cowboys are 4-8
Carolina @ Seattle 14-31
The Panthers looked good for the first quarter but that’s about it. They did make Seattle look pretty go though. Carolina is 1-10 and Seattle is 5-6
Atlanta @ Tampa Bay 28-24
Atlanta basically outplayed Tampa Bay and stay at the top of their division at 10-2. Tampa Bay is now 7-5
Pittsburgh @ Baltimore 13-10
Well Baltimore broke Roethlisberger’s nose but couldn’t take the win. Pittsburgh takes the top spot in the AFC North at 9-3 with this win and Baltimore falls to 8-4
New York Jets @ New England 45-3
Ouch. Did you know that Rex Ryan buried the game ball… as much as it pains me to even think about typing this, the Pats had a pretty flawless game. Brady looked good. (yeah that hurt me) New England is now 10-2 and the Jets are 9-3
WEEK 14
Indianapolis @ Tennessee
Indi has just brought back Rhodes for this game. Oh man I hope that the Colts can pull off a win. I don’t know if I can handle another loss. I am wearing my #18 jersey and my colts hoodie right now. Lets go Colts!
Cleveland @ Buffalo
Man! I always pick Buffalo and I am always wrong. So I’m going to pick Cleveland to win this one just so Buffalo has a chance to win. In OT
Atlanta @ Carolina
HA. Atlanta wins.
Green Bay @ Detroit
Green Bay has this.
Oakland @Jacksonville
I hope Oakland wins this one. I mean they beat the Chargers last week….
New York Giants @ Minneapolis
Ok so I want Favre to start and I want Favre to play so that the Giants can be the ones responsible to end his career. And I mean really end it. I’m taking the Giants in this game. I hope it’s a big game and as long as they keep Favre on the field it will be a priceless win for the Giants. GOOOOO GIANTS!!!!!!!!!
Cincinnati @ Pittsburgh
I mean I’d like to see Cincinnati win but I know better than to pick them.
Tampa Bay @ Washington
I think that Washington could bounce back and win this one. We’ll see.
Saint Louis @ New Orleans
I’m taking the Saints for this game but what an upset it would be for the Rams to win.
Seattle @ San Francisco
I am pretty sure that Seattle will take this one
Denver @ Arizona
Well so far this year when a team has a head coach fired the very next game said team wins. So I am going to pick Denver to win this one based on that statistic.
New England @ Chicago
I’m going with my heart and taking DA BEARS! (I hate the Pats)
Miami @ New York Jets
The Jets are going to bounce back after a humiliating loss and beat Miami.
Kansas City @ San Diego
I think that the Chargers are going to take this game and upset KC
Philadelphia @ Dallas
I hope this game ends in a tie…. I hate both teams equally but if I had to pick a winner to help my Giants I would have to pick Dallas
Baltimore @ Houston
Lets go Ravens!
Thanks for reading! GO COLTS & GO GIANTS !!!!!
