Regular Season Week 3

All right lets just jump right in. Here is week 2’s recap.

Buffalo @ Green Bay 7-34
Well I was right on this game…. But it wasn’t a hard one to call… At least Buffalo is used to being stomped on every week. Maybe they could give the Panthers some words of encouragement.

Miami @ Minnesota 14-10
Miami was ahead of Yourami at the end of this game.  Get it? Get it?  Special note: Brett Favre had 4 INTERCEPTIONS! Way to go Brett! Are you thinking of a mid-season retirement yet?

Kansas City @ Cleveland 16-14
It was a close one but Cleveland still couldn’t pull off the win.  Sorry Brownies I was rooting for you.

Chicago @ Dallas 27-20
DA BEARS!!!! Sweet sweet victory! And the cowboys go 0-2!

Arizona @ Atlanta 7-41
Sometimes I’m wrong… Atlanta crushed Arizona…. I don’t know about you but I miss Kurt Warner… at least some guys know how to stay retired.

Tampa Bay @ Carolina 20-7
Funny story. So I live in Charlotte NC and this game wasn’t especially important to me but I watched the first half… and then I went shopping, because, well, the Panthers were losing.  Funny thing is while I was out and about I saw a lot of “panthers fans” shopping too.  Way to rally around your team.

Philadelphia @ Detroit  35-32
Oh Detroit, I’m not even going to pick on you…. I want to see a WIN.  Maybe this week you’ll pull it off.  Close, close game. (PS I still hate Philly.)

Baltimore @ Cincinnati 10-15
Baltimore you disappoint me.  This was an easy win and you BLEW IT!

Pittsburgh @ Tennessee  19-11
Dear Titans, you should have won this one. I hope you don’t win next week. Love, Shenoa.  PS soon enough Big Ben will be gracing us with his presence… (Insert sarcasm here)  Gag. And Scene.

Seattle @ Denver 14-31
It was ok for Denver to win this week but the must lose next week against the Colts

St. Louis @ Oakland 14-16
I did NOT see that one coming but hey, good for Oakland. I wouldn’t want to mess with their defense… they are a scary bunch. Did you see that sack? Can we say manhandled?!

Houston @ Washington 30-27 in OT
Crazy close game! Classic icing the kicker. Sorry Washington you are in the same division as the Giants. You had to lose… Don’t worry the Texans have to lose this week to help out the Colts. Yes, I’m bias. I’m ok with this.

New England @ New York Jets 14-28
J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!!!!!! I just have to tell you that I turned on this game the moment Brady got sacked and they replayed it like 10 times. Kudos to the cameraman who captured that moment so beautifully and a big high five to the Jets defense. Brady said earlier in the week that he hates the Jets… I wonder what he thinks of them now.

Jacksonville @ San Diego 13-38
Thanks for the big win San Diego but it wasn’t big enough to give me a win in Fantasy football…  It’s ok though.  Sometimes it’s like that.

New York Giants @ Indianapolis  14-38
Somehow the Manning Bowl is much more impressive in my dreams. First off in my dreams Peyton, Eli and I are like the 3 amigos…. We laugh together, tell jokes, drink beer, high five, and make hilarious commercials…  But I digress. I wish it had been a closer game and that maybe the Giants would have actually shown up and not just rolled over.  At least the Colts played some good ball.  Who knew they could run the ball so effectively. I guess in every game there is a winner and a loser. Unless it’s a tie….
Side note: Hey Brandon Jacobs you are not a 3 yr old, when you get mad don’t act like one. I wouldn’t tolerate any of the children in my classroom throwing a helmet period. Grow up.

New Orleans @ San Francisco  25-22
Not gonna lie. I fell asleep during the middleish of this game. I didn’t expect this game to be so close but I called the Saints win so I WIN! (I make up my own rules. It’s much more fun for me. And I win more often)

WEEK 3

Tennessee @ New York Giants
After last week’s games both teams seem to be in some trouble. Both need the win but in my opinion the Giants need it more. Sorry Abby I have to go with the Giants every time. You can blame my father for bleeding blue.  LETS GO G-MEN!

Cincinnati @ Carolina
For the sake of all my friends down here I hope Carolina can pull off a win.  Hopefully T.O.  will cry on the sidelines for his QB and there will be no popcorn.
It’ll be tough being that the Panthers are starting Jimmy Clausen at QB, who has never had an NFL start to date. He can’t be worse than Jackie or Matt can he?

Pittsburgh @ Tampa Bay
You know I’m pulling for the Buccs in this game. Why?  That’s how I roll.

Buffalo @ New England
Dear Buffalo, Please play like the Jets did last week. Brady doesn’t like any of the NY teams lets keep it this way. Nobody is expecting you to win so lets prove everybody wrong! Growing up my dad would say every Sunday “On any given day any given team can win any given game. “  Buffalo, Sunday is your day to win!

Cleveland @ Baltimore
I’m torn. I need Baltimore to win in fantasy but I want Cleveland to win. Both teams need a win desperately. But I’m going with the Ravens at home.

San Francisco @ Kansas City
I think the 49ers are going to pull an upset at KC.  Call me crazy but it could happen.

Dallas @ Houston
I predict the team out of Texas will pull off the win. Wink.  But really Houston will not be embarrassed by the Cowboys rather the Cowboys will drop to 0-3

Detroit @ Minnesota
One of these two teams will go 0-3 this weekend. Let’s hope the 0-3 goes to the Vikings. Go Detroit! Let Favre throw it right to you, he’s got a knack of throwing it right to the defense.

Atlanta @ New Orleans
I have a feeling that Atlanta is going to win this one.  Nothing against the Saints but did you see how the Falcons had their way with the Cardinals last week? Brutal.

Washington @ St. Louis
The Rams need a win and Washington needs a loss.  Done and Done

Philadelphia @ Jacksonville
I like Jacksonville this week. May they stomp the Eagles.

Indianapolis @ Denver
Obviously I’d like to see the Colts win. They are already flying high after their Manning Bowl win and I think they will be flying a mile high when they beat the Broncos.

Oakland @ Arizona
I liked Arizona last week and look what happened. And after the romping that took place in Oakland last week I think Oakland’s win was like tasting blood for the first time and liking it. Arizona watch out Oakland is on the hunt.

San Diego @ Seattle
Both teams are 1-1 going into this game. I’d like to pick Seattle for the win but I just don’t see it. San Diego… it means a whales…  oh never mind.

New York Jets @ Miami
I don’t see Miami going  3-0. Lets go Jets! PS you looked sooo good last week against the Pats. Keep up the good work.

Green Bay @ Chicago
I kinda want Da Bears to go 3-0. Its fun to say Daaaaaa Bears Da Bears Da Bears Da Bears

And there you have it! GO GIANTS  and GO COLTS!
